Arsenal head into their last game under veteran boss Arsene Wenger this weekend, as the Gunners travel to face Huddersfield at the John Smith’s Stadium.

The team from north London have endured a difficult Premier League campaign, mainly due to a terrible away record. The Gunners have failed to pick up a point on their travels in 2018, losing all seven games in the calendar year.

The seven consecutive defeats mean that no team in the football league has a worse away record than the visitors.

The Gunners recent Premier League games have at least offered value for more when it comes to goals, as their last nine league games have produced over 2.5 goals.

Wenger’s team have been inconsistent in the top-flight of late, mainly due to that terrible away record, losing three of their last five top-flight games.

Everybody involved with the north London club will be hoping they can win Wenger’s last game at the helm.

Huddersfield have survived the drop against all odds this season. The Terriers secured their Premier League status by drawing 1-1 with Chelsea in midweek. The result followed a gritty 0-0 draw at Manchester City in their previous league outing.

Despite those superb recent results, the Terriers form has been poor of late, as David Wagner’s side have won just once in their last nine top-flight outings.

The fact that only soon-to-be-relegated Swansea have scored fewer league goals than Town this season shows that they have been poor in front of goal.

The Terriers recent home form in the top-flight has also been poor, as they have won just two of their last ten league games at the John Smiths Stadium. Wagner’s team has also failed to score in three of their last four league games on home soil.

Forebet predicts that Arsenal boss Wenger will exit the club with a high scoring victory to end the Gunners miserable recent away record.
