Newcastle vs Manchester City

It's been a record breaking year for Manchester City but it's like they are not ready to relax at all.
Newcastle will be hosting a fearsome visitor and it'll certainly take a lot from Benitez to come up with a formula to stop this city side that looks unstoppable. For the past few games, Man City have been trying to get better than their previous games, even when you could barely find faults in their games. If they keep moving with this mentality, then to stop them will be hard for any team.
After the 4-0 thrashing of Bournemouth, an inference was drawn from what Pep might have instilled into these players that makes them want more and more. Kompany said after that match,
“We want to put this one behind us already – you know how quick it can go away.
“Once you are on this kind of run, you look at the next game, then the next game, and are just hungry for more. He went further to say that his team's forward are not satisfied and they want to score more goals. It's a beautiful thing to hear for Man City fans but very sad for other teams especially those they'll be facing soon.
The best Gift Man City can give to their fans and supporters all over the world are the 55 points out of a maximum 57 points and playing some of the best football England has ever seen. If a lot of City fans were asked to settle for this as their Christmas gift when the year begins, they'll absolutely agree.
Newcastle have won once in their last ten outings, losing 8 and having 1 draw. This is a very bad run of results and Benitez might be on the receiving end if they don’t get better. It's seem the talks of getting new owners for Newcastle has infuriated Benitez because it's taking the attention of players away from the pitch and he doesn't seem to be a huge fan of Mike Ashley who presently owns the club. Hopefully this distraction will not add to their woes when they play against Man City.
Pep is known to be an honourable man, but he is also a Perfect psychologist and some of his comments appears to be truly humble but he might be using it in his team's favour. Pep said it's impossible to stay unbeaten, that they'll surely be beaten but they'll fight to stay unbeaten.
Pep is simply trying to say that we want to stay unbeaten. This makes them more scary and other teams will have to cope with whatever comes if they don't prepare well before playing against them. Good luck to Newcastle.
