Real Betis set to move into La Liga European spots

Real Betis are enjoying a decent campaign in La Liga this season and could move into the La Liga European spots with a home win against Getafe on Friday night.
Betis’ recent form in the Spanish top-flight has been patchy, as the men from Seville have won just one of their last four La Liga games. Last time out, they suffered a 1-0 defeat Espanyol.
Despite their recent indifferent league form, Betis are still eighth-place in La Liga and could move up to fifth with a victory over the visitors.
The home side’s recent games in La Liga have been high scoring, as six of their last nine games in the Spanish top-flight have produced over 2.5 goals.
One of Quique Setien’s side’s main strengths this season has been their form at the Estadio Benito Villamarin, as they have won four of their five league games on home soil.
A key to their good home form has been their eye for goal. Betis have scored at least two goals in all five of their home games in La Liga this season.
Getafe are currently 11th in La Liga after enjoying a very inconsistent start to their league campaign. The visitors have won one of their last four outings in La Liga.
However, that win was in a 2-1 home win over Real Sociedad in their last league outing. Their recent games in the Spanish top-flight have been high scoring, with over 2.5 goals scored in four of their last five games.
Getafe have a poor record on their travels in La Liga, as they have won just three of their last 15 games on their travels while drawing three of their last five away games in the Spanish top-flight.
