Citizens to ease to victory against Ukrainian giants

Manchester City have been highly prolific in front of goal of late. Last time out the Citizens hammered Crystal Palace 5-0 at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League. Incredibly, City have actually scored four or more goals in four of their last five games in all competitions.

Like their opponents, Shakhtar are top of their domestic league after making a strong start to their campaign. The visitors also started their Champions League campaign with a win, beating Napoli 2-1 in Kharkiv.
However, Shakhtar have a poor recent record in the Champions League, winning just three of their last ten outings in Europe’s elite competition. The Ukrainian side’s away record in the competition is even worse, as they have won just one of their last eight games on their travels, suffering five defeats in the process.
The visitors have also failed to score in their last four away games on their travels in the Champions League.
