Gunners to fire in the Potteries

Arsenal are mounting another late run for the top-four, but know that they have to win all their remaining three Premier League games to achieve their objective, starting with a visit to Stoke City on Saturday evening.
The trip to the Potteries is not one that the Gunners usually relish, as they have won at Stoke just once in eight Premier League visits. The Bet365 Stadium or the Britannia Stadium as it used to be known is definitely one of Arsenal’s bogey grounds.
However, as Arsenal have proven in seasons gone by they have a habit of recording wins when they really need them, especially when it comes to finishing in the Champions League spots. Last time out Arsene Wenger’s side also won at Southampton, which is another bogey ground for the north London side.
The Gunners have now recorded back-to-back victories in the Premier League and have also scored in 15 of their 18 Premier League away games this season.
In the Southampton game, there were also signs that Gunners star Alexis Sanchez was set to return to form. The 28-year-old has now scored in two of his last three away appearances in the Premier League.
Stoke are currently in the bottom half of the table, but a victory in this clash could see the Potters surge up the congested league table. The Potters have finished ninth in the league in the last three seasons, so Mark Hughes side will likely be aiming for a similar position this season.
The home side's form has not been great of late, with just one win from their last nine league games. Their stellar home record against the Gunners will give them hope in this clash, though.
However, Arsenal are in major need of a victory and head into this clash in good spirits, so should record a vital victory in the race for the Champions League spots.
