Barcelona to pass tough Villarreal test

Reigning Spanish champions Barcelona face a stern test of their title credentials when they host Villarreal at the Nou Camp on Saturday evening.

Barcelona will kick-off this clash top of La Liga courtesy of a superior record in their head-to-head clashes with second-place Real Madrid. A win would put pressure on Los Blancos for their night kick-off, although the men from Madrid have a comfortable looking home game against struggling Granada.

The visitors also have the second best defensive record in La Liga, so the home side may have to be patient to make a breakthrough in this clash.
