On Wednesday night title challengers Tottenham head to Crystal Palace’s Selhurst Park in the Premier League, as Mauricio Pochettino’s side look to keep pace with leaders Chelsea.

By the time Tottenham kick-off at Palace, Chelsea could have extended their lead at the top of the table to seven points with a win at Southampton on Tuesday night, so this is a must-win game for the visitors.

Pochettino’s side face a big challenge of their title credentials, as the Eagles have now won six of their last eight Premier League outings. The Eagles are also now unbeaten in their last four Premier League games at home, recording three wins and a draw.

Last time out Sam Allardyce’s side recorded a 2-1 victory at third-place Liverpool, courtesy of a brace from former Reds striker Christian Benteke.

Benteke has now scored four times in his last four Premier League appearances. The Belgium international will be a big threat to the Spurs backline.

Tottenham head into this clash on the back of a 4-2 defeat against title rivals Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-final on Saturday. However, the north London team’s Premier League form has been red hot of late.

Pochettino’s team have recorded their last seven games in the top-flight, while also keeping clean sheets in three of their last four outings in the Premier League.

One of the biggest facets of Spurs good form of late in the top-flight has been the form of England midfielder Dele Alli, who has scored five goals in his last seven league appearances.

Spurs recent away form has been decent in the Premier League, having suffered just one defeat in their last seven outings in the top-flight. Pochettino’s side have won their last two away games in the league and Forebet predicts Spurs will make a third consecutive win on their travels.
