Fourth takes on 12th in 3. Liga this Monday night as Ingolstadt welcomes Dynamo Dresden to the Audi Sportpark where both sides come into this one off the back of contrasting results in the midweek encounters last time out.

The poor form of Ingolstadt continued last Wednesday when they were beaten by Waldhof in a game that saw them go 2-0 down at one stage away from home.

Patrick Schmidt brought one back for them, but another goal before Valmir Sulejmani's finish brought the game to a 3-2 loss for Ingolstadt. Worse yet, Dominik Franke was sent off in the dying seconds of the game, and he will now miss this one.

Dresden come into this one after beating Duisburg 2-0 in their Wednesday clash after Claudio Kammerknecht scored in the second half before an own goal handed them all three points at home.

Dresden are now sitting above Osnabruck in fifth by just goals difference, the club have let in only 29 goals in 27 games, which is only bettered by those in the top two.

Dresden have also netted 48 goals, and only Elversberg at the top, Osnabruck and Wehen Wiesbaden have scored more. They have now managed to win 13 games this season and lose just six with eight draws too.

Dresden are, however, 10 points adrift of Freiburg II in the race for the top two, but they do sit behind Waldhof by just one point with a greatly superior goals difference record.

Dynamo are unbeaten in their past 14 games which extends all the way back to November when they lost to Wiesbaden.

They've managed to register excellent results such as a 7-3 win over Plauen in the Sachsenpokal round of 16, a 7-1 win over Hallescher in the league, while also beating Borussia Dortmund II last weekend 3-1 at Signal Iduna Park.

As for Ingolstadt, their recent loss last week means three defeats in a row for them and just one win in the past two months and just two victories since the World Cup break ended. This has seen them hammer Chemnitzer 4-0 and edge past Saarbrucken 4-3.

Guerino Capretti's side are now sitting 12th in the league with 10 victories on the board and 12 losses too. It sees them with 38 goals scored and 39 let in, while they come into this one with eight draws as well.

Forebet predicts a win for Dresden and under 2.5 goals.
