Sheffield United will welcome Tottenham Hotspur to Bramall Lane as the Blades look to stun the Premier League side in the FA Cup with Spurs’ chances of another trophy this season looking weak once more if they fail to win here.

The Lilywhites struggled in the League Cup and are also behind on aggregate to a 1-0 scoreline against AC Milan in the Champions League heading into their second leg encounter next week. Should they get knocked out here, it will surely be yet another trophyless season for Spurs and their fans.

Nevertheless, the club are back in the win column after a struggle without Antonio Conte on the sidelines. The club eased past the out-of-form Chelsea in another London derby on Sunday, as Oliver Skipp netted his first goal of the season with a thumping effort past the Chelsea keeper.

Harry Kane got another goal to extend his record as the club’s all-time top goalscorer, with his close range effort 10 minutes before time handing Conte’s men a 2-0 win at home.

Spurs are now up into fourth as a result, but this is merely because fifth-placed Newcastle United were playing in the League Cup final instead.

The north London side are ahead of the Magpies by just four points but the latter does have two games in hand to play now which could easily send Spurs back into fifth.

Tottenham are also behind Manchester United by four points in the league table and the Red Devils also have a game in hand.

Conte’s main aims will be ensuring his side gets back into the Champions League for next season, but having already won the FA Cup with Chelsea in 2018, the Italian will have an eye on winning this game and lifting the FA Cup in May after such a lengthy wait for a trophy in north London.

There are some injuries for Spurs heading into this one, which could mean there may be only a handful of changes in the team.

Yves Bissouma is out until April and Hugo Lloris' injury likely means Fraser Forster starts in goal once more. Ryan Sessegnon is also out of this one and Rodrigo Bentancur is out for the season.

Sheffield United returned to the win column over the weekend with a win over Watford, as the Blades lost two in a row against Millwall and Middlesbrough just before that win.

Forebet predicts a win for Spurs and under 2.5 goals in the game.
