Valur and Bodo/Glimt will be looking to gain a first-leg advantage when they meet for their UEFA Europa Conference League qualifier on Thursday.
Both sides secured their respective domestic titles last season, with Valur winning Iceland’s top-flight and Bodo/Glimt clinching Norway’s Eliteserien crown.
Valur were knocked out of Champions League qualifying by Dinamo Zagreb earlier in the month, suffering a 5-2 aggregate loss.

The Norwegian side have only managed to win one of their previous eight games in all competitions, registering three draws and four losses in that time.
Still, Glimt find themselves second in the Eliteserien standings with a record of seven wins, four draws and three losses to their name.
Valur will be hoping to keep Erik Botheim quiet on Thursday, as the young striker has already bagged eight goals this year.
Midfielder Ulrik Saltnes (four goals, nine assists) has also performed well throughout the current campaign.
