Fantasy Premier League – Top Picks for FPL Gameweek 15
3169

Following a full round of midweek fixtures, Gameweek 15 gets underway on Saturday. That means we don’t have to long make changes to our FPL teams.

In fact, we have until 11:00 (GMT) on Saturday to make any alterations – before West Ham and Chelsea clash in the early kick-off.

Here is the Gameweek 15 schedule in full.

• West Ham vs. Chelsea

• Newcastle vs. Burnley

• Wolves vs. Liverpool

• Southampton vs. Brighton

• Watford vs. Man City

• Leeds vs. Brentford

• Man Utd vs. Crystal Palace

• Tottenham vs. Norwich

• Aston Villa vs. Leicester

• Everton vs. Arsenal

Newcastle and Burnley face off in a vital six-pointer at the bottom end of the table. Meanwhile, fellow strugglers Norwich travel to Tottenham.

Let’s get stuck into the top FPL picks for Gameweek 15.

Goalkeepers

There was a distinct lack of clean sheets in the previous round, with Edouard Mendy (Chelsea), Alisson (Liverpool) and Ederson (Man City) all conceding a goal.

That said, Illan Meslier (Leeds), Jose Sa (Wolves) and Nick Pope (Burnley) achieved shutouts in Gameweek 14. Both Meslier and Pope have a favourable fixture this weekend.

Hugo Lloris (Tottenham) also achieved a shutout in midweek. With low-scoring Norwich up next for Spurs, the France international is an excellent option between the sticks.

Defenders

Liam Cooper (Leeds) picked up an eye-catching 12 points in midweek. Jan Bednarek (Southampton) also impressed, securing a ten-point haul after finding the back of the net.

Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool) is still the highest-scoring defender in FPL this season, closely followed by Joao Cancelo (Man City) and Reece James (Chelsea).

The full-back duo of Sergio Reguilon (Tottenham) and Emerson Royal (Tottenham) should be considered, too. Regulion scored and kept a clean sheet last time out, while Emerson showed promise.

Midfielders

You can’t keep James Maddison (Leicester) quiet at the moment. The rejuvenated Fox scored again in midweek, meaning he has notched three goals and three assists in his last three appearances.

As expected, Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) ran riot against Everton – bagging a brace in the Merseyside Derby. Incredibly, more than 25% of FPL managers don’t own the Egyptian King!

Mason Mount (Chelsea), Bernardo Silva (Man City), Raphina (Leeds), Tomas Soucek (West Ham), Jota (Liverpool) and Son Heung-min (Tottenham) are all among the most in-form midfielders right now.

Forwards

Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa), Callum Wilson (Newcastle), Che Adams (Southampton) and Emannuel Dennis (Watford) each chalked up nine points after scoring in the previous round.

Along with Neal Maupay (Brighton) and Teemu Pukki (Norwich), they are all in-form differential forward options to consider.

Cristiano Ronaldo (Man Utd) bagged a brace in the Red Devils’ 3-2 victory over Arsenal on Thursday. Even at the ripe old age of 36, CR7 is scoring goals at a frightening rate.
