Tigers to roar against the Swans

Tigers to roar against the Swans

The battle to avoid relegation from the Premier League is reaching a crucial stage. Two of the teams hoping to beat the drop this season Hull and Swansea clash at the KCOM Stadium on Saturday in a massive clash.

Both teams’ results have improved under new bosses in the Premier League. However, despite performances improving under Marco Silva, Hull are still 19th place in the table and four points away from safety.

One win in their in their last six league games illustrates why the Tigers are still ensconced in the drop zone. In that run of games Silva’s side have faced Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and reigning champions Leicester, though, so endured a tough run of games.

The Tigers form at the KCOM Stadium in the league has been decent of late, as they are four games unbeaten, having won two and drawn two of those four games. The Tigers have also been strong in front of goal on home soil, scoring two or more goals in five of their last seven outings in the league.

Swansea have hit form since the appointment of boss Paul Clement. The Swans have won four of their last six league games to move out of the relegation zone and the safety of 16th place.

The Welsh side are still just five points clear of the relegation zone, so a defeat in this clash could drag Clement’s side right back into the relegation battle.

The visitor’s recent away record in the Premier League is not great, as they have suffered defeat in nine of their last 12 games on their travels in the top-flight. Clement’s side have also lost their last two away games in the league at Manchester City and Chelsea.

This is set to be a tight encounter, but Forebet predicts that Hull will shade this contest and aid their fight for Premier League survival.
