Things have been looking up at Swansea of late. The Swans are out of the relegation zone and looking like a team once again under Paul Clement.

The Welsh side do still find themselves in a relegation fight and host fellow strugglers Leicester City at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Clement’s side head into this clash on level points with Leicester, so a victory for the Swans would see them leapfrog the champions in the table. A home victory is certainly not out of the question, as Swansea have won two of their last three games, losing unfortunately at Manchester City last time out.

In fact, the Swans have won three of their last five top-flight matches, a decent record considering they have faced Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City during that period of games.

One facet of the Swans displays that have not improved under their new boss is their defensive displays, as the Welsh side have conceded two or more goals in three of their last four games in the top-flight.

Reigning champions Leicester City arrive in south Wales on the back of a 3-0 home defeat by Manchester United last time out in the top-flight. The Foxes are 16th place in the Premier League table, only above their hosts on goal difference.

The Foxes have now suffered four straight defeats in the league and conceded three or more goals in three of those four games. Claudio Ranieri’s side did scrap past Championship Derby in a fourth round FA Cup replay in midweek but needed extra-time to progress.

The visitor’s away form has been woeful this season and they have not won any of their last 14 games on the road in the Premier League.

Forebet predicts that Swansea will record a victory in this massive six-pointer and leapfrog their struggling rivals in the table.
