Belgium should continue their good form against Estonia

Belgium have kicked off their World Cup qualifying campaign in emphatic style so far, winning three games out of three in Group H. On Sunday the Red Devils continued their qualification campaign with a home clash against Estonia.
Roberto Martinez’s team warmed-up for this clash by drawing 1-1 with neighbours Netherlands on Wednesday night. It was decent warm-up and Martinez’s side will be expected to keep up their hundred percent record in qualifying on Sunday.
So far in their three group games, Martinez’s side have scored 12 times and kept clean sheets in all their games. They followed up an opening game 3-0 win in Cyprus with a 4-0 home win over Bosnia and Herzegovina. In their last qualifier, they hammered UEFA new boys Kosovo 6-0.
Estonia, by contrast, have won one of their three group games so far, beating hapless Gibraltar 4-0 in their second group game. However, they started the campaign with a 5-0 hammering in Bosnia and last time out suffered a 2-0 defeat in Greece.
It is fair to say their recent record in international football is not great. In fact, the win in the game against Gibraltar was their only victory in their last 11 international outings.
Their record in World Cup qualifying is poor, too, as they have suffered defeat in five of their last seven games, failing to score in four of their last qualifiers. Estonia have never qualified for a major international tournament and that looks unlikely to change this time around.
Belgium will be hot favourites heading into this clash. In the likes of Eden Hazard, Kevin De Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku the Red Devils have some of the most in-form Premier League stars available for selection.
Roberto Martinez’s team look set to coast through their qualification group. The Belgian fans will be pleased that their team are now producing such comfortable performances, after the Red Devils perceived under performances at Euro 2016.
